What It Does

HUBER MOTION LAB is the only machine proven to strengthen the 180 core spinal muscles responsible for balance, coordination and overall spinal health — the foundation of all movement in the body. Using an oscillating platform and sensored ergonomic handles, it runs an instantaneous strength assessment, then a series of upper- and lower-body exercises as the platform shifts your balance, training your core to stabilise. Each session measures and monitors your progress.

What to Expect

Sessions are coached by Amara's certified practitioners, trained by Dr Zara herself. During your first treatment, you'll have a spinal and muscular consultation and assessment to discuss your goals, plus a check to confirm you have no conditions that would preclude the treatment. Bring gym-wear and trainers, and drink plenty of fluids before and after — you'll feel agile and rejuvenated afterward, similar to a gym workout but with less exertion.

For best results, sessions are recommended over a continuous period — a customised plan will be developed to suit your goals. You can book a single session or a 12-month package.
