What It Does

Used by world-leading athletes, EndermoSport is the latest technological advance in muscular enhancement and injury treatment — improving muscular conditioning, flexibility, strength and speed. It can help with contractures, aches and strained muscles, and can also be used for warm-up and sports preparation. Similar to a deep-tissue massage, the treatment is pain-free and leaves muscles relaxed and gently conditioned.

The Cellu M6 Endermolab Médical uses adjustable rollers to mobilise, stretch and mechanise connective tissue — increasing blood flow and lymphatic drainage, and removing fluids including lactic acid and toxins. This supports quicker recovery and helps muscles regain strength, endurance, power and flexibility.

What to Expect

Sessions are performed by Amara's qualified health practitioners, trained directly by LPG — the originators of the EndermoSport system — and overseen by Dr Zara, who has worked with this technology for over two decades.  During your first appointment, you'll have a consultation to discuss your goals — whether that's rehabilitation, preparation or conditioning — plus a medical assessment to confirm the treatment is suitable for you. A customised treatment plan is then developed for your needs.

Sessions run 30 minutes and can be extended. You'll be given an LPG Endermowear suit for comfort, and treatment takes place on a special LPG Systems bed. Drink plenty of fluids afterward to support rehydration and detoxification.
