Used by world-leading athletes, EndermoSport is the very latest technological advance in muscular enhancement and injury treatment to facilitate improvements in muscular conditioning, flexibility, strength and speed. This advanced therapy may help to achieve results in clients with conditions such as contractures, aches and strained muscles. And it can also be employed for warm-up and sports preparation utilising the Cellu M6 Endermolab Médical to massage the enveloping and separating tissues that surround the muscle. Similar to the effect of a deep-tissue massage, the EndermoSport treatment is pain-free and your muscles will feel relaxed and gently conditioned.
The Cellu M6 Endermolab Médical employs a motorised hand-held treatment device, with adjustable rollers applied against the skin to mobilise, stretch and mechanise the connective tissues. The rollers gently fold and unfold the skin, increasing blood flow and lymphatic drainage, and removing fluids including lactic acid and toxins, to improve recovery, overall flexibility and help athletes train harder. This non-invasive, natural technique is more consistent than traditional massage, optimally conditioning the muscles. The Cellu M6 Endermolab Médical allows for quicker recovery after workout and supports the muscles to regain strength, endurance, power and flexibility.
About Endermosport
Dr Zara Celik is the only certified practitioner in Australia to optimally utilise EndermoSport. Her comprehensive medical and chiropractic knowledge complements her therapeutic approach in treating these and other common conditions of discomfort and pain. Amara Wellness Centre prides itself on utmost attention to health and wellbeing, and therefore this treatment is performed by Dr Celik or her other trained EndermoSport practitioners who also have advanced anatomy and physiology qualifications in chiropractic, physiotherapy or advanced massage techniques.
During your first EndermoSport appointment, Dr Celik will consult with you to discuss your individual requirements – for example; muscular rehabilitation, preparation or conditioning. Before proceeding with treatment, she will also undertake a medical assessment to ensure that you have no medical conditions that preclude you from benefiting from the therapy. Dr Celik will also develop a customised plan of treatment depending on your individual condition or requirements.
EndermoSport sessions take 30 minutes and can be extended if you wish. For your personal comfort you will be given an LPG Endermowear suit to wear. Your treatment takes place on a special LPG Systems bed, where you can relax while the Cellu M6 Endermolab Médical is gently rolled and pressed across your focus areas. For optimal results we suggest that you drink plenty of fluids after your session to support the cellular detoxification that begins as a result of the treatment and to ensure rehydration.
