The Amara Wellness Centre is privileged to be one of the few EndermoTherapie providers in Australia. EndermoTherapie is the trademark term for health applications of Endermologie — a French word for "mechanical stimulation of cells."
At Amara, we use the advanced Endermolab, Cellu M6 Medical I by LPG — a medical-grade device designed for chiropractors, physiotherapists and surgeons, and widely used in Europe and the USA in hospitals, rehabilitation centres and sports clinics.

What It Treats
EndermoTherapie is a non-invasive, patented treatment for injuries to muscles, tendons, fascia and surrounding soft tissue. Using the Cellu M6 Endermolab Médical's motorized rollers, it gently lifts and stretches fascia while massaging muscles and stimulating the venous and lymphatic systems.
It helps correct muscular and soft-tissue problems from adhesion formation, acute injuries, or repetitive strain — enhancing circulation, reducing muscle tension, and facilitating removal of lactic acid and inflammatory toxins. Most patients find it a gentle, relaxing, rejuvenating experience that improves soft-tissue flexibility and promotes healing.

What to Expect
Sessions are performed by practitioners trained by Dr Zara, who has 25 years’ experience in Massage and EndermoTherapie. During your first appointment, you'll have a consultation to discuss your goals, plus a check to confirm you have no conditions that would preclude the treatment. A customised treatment plan is then developed for your needs.

Endermotherapie is not a chiropractic treatment and does not have a strong evidence base. Before commencing this treatment and at the preliminary consultation, Dr Celik will discuss with patients what is involved and whether, in her clinical experience and expertise, the treatment may be effective for their circumstances.
