Prevention, Treatment and Wellness Coach

Dr Zara Celik is a mother of four who understands the demands of modern life. As a Wellness Coach, she's passionate about helping clients embrace holistic wellness — and after 10 years of practice, has seen the remarkable results that come from simple changes in how people live.

Dr Zara's Background

Dr Celik holds a Bachelor of Science (Applied Mathematics and Anatomy), a double degree in Applied Science/Complementary Medicine – Chiropractic, and a Masters in Clinical Chiropractic. She's one of Australia's only certified Endermotherapie, Endermologie and Huber Motion Lab practitioners — and has also completed studies in Integrative Nutrition Health Wellness Coaching at the Institute for Integrated Nutrition in New York.

All medical technology used at Amara is non-invasive, working to naturally stimulate the body's healing response, with a dispensary of prescription-only supplements and certified organic products throughout.

Wellness Consultation

Dr Zara conducts a thorough consultation on your first visit — a holistic review of your health and lifestyle using the "circle of life," covering digestion, sleep, stress levels and other habits, to design a personalised treatment plan.

Health & Wellness Coaching

Ongoing coaching sessions to motivate, encourage and measure your progress against your plan, with adjustments as needed. Sessions focus on two core concepts: Primary Food — the idea that true nourishment comes not just from diet but from career, relationships, spirituality and physical activity — and Bio-individuality — the principle that no single diet or lifestyle approach works for everyone.

Programs are individually tailored. Common areas addressed include:

Endermotherapie is not a chiropractic treatment and does not have a strong evidence base.  Before commencing this treatment and at the preliminary consultation, Dr Celik will discuss with patients what is involved and whether, in her clinical experience and expertise, the treatment may be effective for their circumstances.
